Needs and Preferences for Competitiveness: Benchmarking and Insights

What can we learn from the experience of other organisations and markets? IET will host a session to present the findings of the benchmarking programme in Czechia, carried out as part of MASTER EXPORT 2.0, and invite companies to explore the insights gained from this international experience. The session will highlight the main conclusions, practices and reference points identified during the programme. Participants will discuss how learning about other approaches can help companies review their own processes, identify opportunities for improvement and prepare for international markets. Intended for business owners, managers and professionals interested in internationalisation, the event will provide a space for information and discussion. It is an opportunity to broaden perspectives and consider how the findings might apply to each company.
